Ingredients

  1. 500 grams of ripe Turpentine mangoes, cut into 1cm cubes.1
  2. 1 cup uncooked short-grain white rice
  3. 2 teaspoons vanilla extract
  4. 5 cups whole milk, divided
  5. 8 tablespoons cornstarch
  6. 8 tablespoons white sugar
  7. ½ teaspoon ground cinnamon, or more to taste
